Ray was a gifted architect and a good friend. I was on the Board of my local library and Ray graciously volunteered to meet with our Board a couple of years ago to offer advice and counsel regarding some proposed changes to the building. The Board was overwhelmed with his vision and his willingness to listen to competing ideas. I toured the Hartford Pubic Library with him after that renovation. So sorry to hear of Ray's passing. I had the opportunity to work at his firm, Sevigny Architects, for several years.
He was a great mentor and a wonderful person to his employees.
I had great memories working with him.
My condolences to his family.

I am so very sorry to learn of Rays passing. I had the privilege of working with him on many projects at New Milford Hospital. Ray was amazing-so talented, creative, with a desire for perfection. I am grateful to have known him........

Had great times with Ray on our camping trips.
