Raymond A. Smith

Raymond A. Smith, 90, of Tobyhanna, passed away Tuesday, July 20, at Mercy Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Josephine (Wargo) Smith.

Born on Aug. 22, 1913, in Stroudsburg, he was the son of the late Roland and Ida (Slyker) Smith.
