Raymond Spellacy

I just heard yesterday from Gayle Zacharia of your father's passing. So sorry I was not able to get to the service today. He was a dear man I knew at the YMCA for some years. We discussed my beloved 49er's quite often. The last time I saw him was a couple of weeks ago at the Kaiser blood lab. Never lost his "sweetness" and smile. He will be missed.

I was really sad to read of your Dad's last day. Gosh, what
a wonderful man! We had the nicest convertsation & he
looked so great the last time I saw him! He certainly will be
missed (I was very shocked to just read of Al Bond too!).

As a co-worker with Raymond's son Larry, through that association I know that he was a wonderful father and a man of strong character and belief in Christ. A true professional in his career and example to the community. With great love, he was a gifted family father who held his family close through love and devotion to God and Jesus Christ. I was so sad to hear about Ray's passing. I saw him about 7 months ago at my dad's service. Ray and Dorothy were my God Parents. Ray was not just my dad's cousin but one of his closest friends.

Ray and Dorothy are whooping it up in heaven with my parents. No more broken bodies to hold them back.
