I often think about Ray and it is with love and admiration!

Sorry about the loss of Ray. He was great friend and it was always a pleasure to run into him in and around the base. We will miss the pleasant conversations and his upbeat outlook.

Ray was a mentor, friend, and role model. He taught me submarine sonar in San Diego in 1970-71. He taught me what it was to be a submariner.
