Raymond Teagarden

Dear Carolyn:

My heart was heavy when I read the sad news about your beloved Ray in the Press-Enterprise obituaries. I have many wonderful memories of when you and Ray would visit my kindergarten classroom at West Riverside Elementary School for our special events. My young students were very excited that "Mr. Teagarden" had "adopted them" while he was a school board member. It meant a great deal to me, too, that you and Ray took such an interest in my class. I'll always remember...
