Not sure what to say?

We were just talking about Ray and other coworkers who are gone. I had lunch with his secretary, Barb Komejan and we were joined by another retired DOC employee, Dr. Bob Beseda. Small world. Ray is still remembered by those he knew for so many years. I hope the grief has lessened and wish you well.

Saddened to hear the news of Ray's passing. We worked together for years at ITF and ICF. I also knew him when he worked at RGC and Frank knew him from the Huron Valley Complex. Years of memories and some of them are accompanied with smiles. So very sorry for your loss.

So saddened to hear of Ray's passing. He was my friend and mentor in my career with MDOC. He was held in high regard by all who worked with him and who knew him. I will miss him.

My heart goes out to Rays family. I worked with Ray and had great respect for his and how he did a difficult job with integrity. We laughed and had good times, and he will be missed.

Sandy, Pete and I were so sorry hearing of Ray's passing. Pete and I were laughing at the funny memories of he and 'Toombs' had at the IMAX. I don't think I ever heard either of them call each other by their first name. Fond lasting memories. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am sorry to hear of Ray's passing. Ray was truly an extraordinary person and fun to be around, even at work where I served under him for several years. Professionally, he was the consummate prison warden. Condolences to Ray's family, wife Sandy, and son.

...I will think of you and remember you on our Birthday we shared, 9/11... Rest in peace Raymond.

Very sorry to hear of your passing; although happy to know you are at peace and no longer in pain. I will always carry the pain of our relationship being severed when I was young. You You raised me as a child; the memories we made will never escape my mind, you were my dad, not my stepdad. You saved my life when I almost drowned, you taught me to drive, all the laughs.. I never forgot you. I loved your family; they treated me as their own. I know in my heart bonds made, here on earth, are...

Ray was a good friend who will be missed.
