Dear Mary, Jim Heil let me know of Ray´s death. We have fond memories of our years in Pittsfield with GE. The children remember water skiing with your boys with Ray at the helm. I hope you are adjusting to your new life; it takes time (or never) We lost Dean in October after several years with Alzheimer´s. He was good and though needing care, he was a pleasure to have here at home and much missed. My love to you and family.

Hi Mary and Family, So sorry to hear about Ray's passing. He and I were close friends when we were young, but saw each other only seldom as we got older and followed different paths. He was a grand person, able to mix humor with sincere thoughts. I miss him a lot! -- Art Palmer (cousin).

Even though we folIowed different paths in later years, I still miss him a lot, and it's sad to think that he's gone. My sincere condolences to you and the rest...

To Mary and family, I always enjoyed Ray as a friend and coworker. That was many years ago. May he be remembered as a great guy. RIP

We all loved Mr. Tuggey. He was an avid skier, working many years on the Ski Patrol team at Jimny Peak. I played high school football with both Rick and Tom. God bless Ray and my love and prayers to his loved ones.

To all the Tuggey Family. So sorry to hear of Ray´s passing, please accept my sincere condolences. My he R.I.P.
