Raymond Ulrich

I worked with this great man on many different occasions in my Coast Guard career. In 1969 I was new to the Coast Guard and Petty Officer 1st Class Ulrich was an instructor at Basic Avionics School in Elizabeth City, NC. Then over the next couple of Years as I attended `Class C´ Equipment Schools in Elizabeth City we formed a friendship and he taught a couple of these 3-6 week intense classes.
