My deepest condolences to the Waxmonsky family on the passing of Ray. Ray was one of the brightest and most caring individuals I have had the honor of knowing in my life. He was a top-notch academician, but even more so, he was a top-notch human being. Ray was always there to advocate for doing the right thing and helping people who needed help the most.
