Ray was a wonderful man. His spirit, intellect, and caring heart will live on in our memories. I'm grateful for the experiences I had with him, in particular, his desire to lift the spirits of others through song at Christmas. Shirley and Casey, my thoughts are with you. You have my love and support always.

I am Ray's cousin from Lebanon. We had alot of fun growing up, but have lost track of each other in recent years. I was very sorry to find out he was ill and now gone. Thank You Shirley for Loveing him. He was special.

He was my favorite teacher in Albany's Memorial Jr. High, he was a favorite among classmates too. My sympathies go to his family. Sorry to hear of his passing.

We were very sorry to hear about Ray. We remember the good times we had when Ray lived on Woodbine Road and our boys played sports together. We had a ritual of pizza at RoundTable for many years after soccer or basketball.
Our condolences to the family, especially Casey and Garrett.

Our deepest sympathy to you Shirley and all of your family on the loss of Ray. He was always so happy and cheerful when he greeted you. He was such a kind person. It is great that he had such a wonderful attitude about life and was able to share it. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Paul and Connie Oakden
