I am so sorry to hear of Ray's death. He and I were co-workers and friends at the NYS Department of State. Ray was a good guy and supportive during a tough time in my life. May God treat him well. David Dax, Lexington, Virginia

I am so saddened to learn of Ray's passing, especially since learning he was a local in St. Augustine. I would have loved bumping into him as Conductor on the Red Train!

I knew Ray well from when we worked in NYS, for the Department of State. He was fun-loving and quick- witted, and always knew how to have a good time. Ray was a wonderful, warm-hearted person who loved to be with friends and family. He will be missed by so many. Thoughts and prayers for his family.
