Rebecca Kay Killian

I am deeply saddened to read of this loss of this kindred horse lover. I sold a horse to Kay years ago and it sparked her to start in Dressage. We kept in touch for years (her birthday parties and dinners). I'm still in shock and everyone will miss her smile.

I was so sadden to hear about Kay´s untimely passing ... I am so happy she was on her family farm and with her horses at the time of her passing. My wife and I ran into Kay at Everest Grill in Denver, NC and chatted just a few days before she slipped away. Life is just too short !!! Kay was always kind and greeted me professionally and with a smile when she was a prosecutor and I worked at the Sheriffs Office. I am saddened to learn of Kay´s passing. Kay was so passionate about land conservancy and was so generous in sharing that love with others. My wife Alice and I enjoyed the yearly walks that Kay hosted on the family property, and I especially appreciate the memorial walk for Alice when she died ten years ago.
