Not sure what to say?

I have never met Becky or anyone in her family. Her story touched me when my husband called me from work two days before Christmas a little shaken up. He is a nurse in the Emergency Room where Becky was brought in. He told me about a woman with two young boys who had passed away in a random accident. He called to tell me that he loved me and our 1 year old son. I think all the doctors and nurses called home that day. The events of Beckys passing really had a profound affect on my life and...

I am so sorry to hear of Becky's death. I remember spending many days after preschool visiting and letting our kids play together. I remember her being so loving and caring to the boys. I really enjoyed hearing of all the many interesting things she was involved with. She was very inspiring person. I am sorry for your loss.

I knew becky from Bethlehem school , so vibrant, kind and always enjoying her kids. i specially remember reid operating kids camera and she was so excited telling us about that . we extend sincere condolences to her family . she'll be alive in her kids always .

How sad! Becky was so kind and generous with a huge amount of soul! She loved her family so much, especially her boys who kept her on her toes. I know she will be missed by everyone who knew her.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Becky at a volunteer compost site and was amazed at her abilities and enthusiasm. Her light has made an impact on many. Prayers and peace for all of her family and friends.

I just recently got to know Becky as my daughter is in Ethan's class. Over the Thanksgiving break we met Becky and the boys at Balboa Park in SD for an African drumming class. She was a very down to earth person and made you feel so at ease. I know all that all that knew her from Holmes Elementary School were touched by her involvement and dedication. She will be dearly missed.

Each day since I learned of Becky's death, I feel more and more lucky to have had her as a part of my life. It would have been so possible to have never have met her in this lifetime, and as I realize this, it helps me to cope with her passing. I got to know Becky when she needed a place to stay on St. Thomas. I quickly learned of her free-spirited nature and love for life. She brought an energy to St. Thomas that was very different than locals were accustomed to. Even way back then, I...

All the staff at St. Mark's Nursery School in (Clairemont) San Diego are in shock and disbelief. Becky had such a huge impact on our program in such a short time. She was so vibrant about children, gardening, composting, vermicomposting, and doing good in the world. Her lessons, her values, and her energy will live on here, in her name, in what we have decided to call "Becky's Garden." Our love and support to Reid, Ethan, Jeff and all the family. The staff of St. Mark's School.

Learning of your daughter's tragic passing today has deeply saddened me knowing how proud you were of your children and grandchildren. I felt I got to know them after our chat at the symposium. The bond a parent and child have is immeasurable and eternal. I pray that your faith and God's spirit within you will give you the strength and courage to cope and find peace during this difficult time in your family's life.
