I remember on a cruise when we got up and did the whitest girl version of Push by Salt n Pepa. I wish we had been friends longer. I hope in your heaven they have handsome cowboys, fast horses, ranches, thai food, and big guns. Rest in peace girl. Peace out.

I met Rebecca when I started Mounted Shooting. She always encouraged me to be a better rider and competitor. She always looked at the positive in any (negative) situation. Over the years we became good friends and came to know many details of each other lives. It was at a very difficult time for Rebecca that I realized how good a friend I had in Rebecca. Rebecca was my mentor when I started mounted shooting. She gave me my first lesson on how(as she put it) hunt those balloons, she had me galloping on foot thru the course like a kid. Playing cowgirls. My first mounted shooting competition was in Tombstone ,Az on Thanksgiving . My horse came up sick and Rebecca generously offered to let me use her horse Bullet. Rebecca was a world class champion mounted shooter as was her horse Bullet. She helped and coached me thru all the nerves those first...
