Not sure what to say?

Becky was an amazing ASL professor, mentor, and friend. She taught my first 2 ASL classes and I later had the privilege to be her TA. Even after I was no longer her student, I would drop by her office to visit or we would go out to lunch and catch up. We also shared a mutual love for chocolate. Her spunk, silliness, kindness, and smile were very infectious. Becky's presence on this earth will be dearly missed.

I was in Mrs.Rees class this semester. And I'm still in total disbelief about her sudden passing, I can't stop thinking of her. This has made me really sad and have opened my eyes to really understand that you truly have to love, hug and kiss those close to you every chance you get. We never know when our last day is. I have been with her a short time but I looked forward to seeing her smiling face and cheerful spirit every Tuesday &Thursday. Mrs.Rees you will be truly missed. Prayers for her...

The FTD Beautiful Spirit Basket

Becky was only my professor for a short time, but her positive energy and kindness towards her students will stick with me forever. I'll miss her, and I'm grateful for the time I got to be one of her students

Becky was one of the main reasons I fell in love with ASL again once I came to CMU. She was always a professor that cared about each individual student as well as th group. I had the privilege to be a Teacher's Assistant for her last Spring and the trust and respect she treated me with was impeccable. I will miss our laughs. The CMU ASL department was very lucky to have her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends, coworkers, and students during this time.

One is my favorite professors I had. Always had a smile on her face and was always there to lend a kind thought

I honestly can´t believe that she´s gone. She helped me so much when my grandpa was sick and passed away. Campus life is not going to be the same without you, Becky.

Becky was such an amazing and positive ASL instructor. I learned so much from her. I´m grateful for the great memories that we shared in France for ASL Study Abroad. She will be missed. Sending prayers to her family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Becky was a kind and capable colleague. She will be missed.
