Rebecca Schmidt

I was disappointed to discover this morning that Rebecca's service at Second Presbyterian Church had apparently been cancelled due to the icy roads and severe cold here in Memphis. I was not a close friend of Rebecca's, but saw her many times over the years at church and at Baptist Hospital. Even when she was clearly having health issues, she was never complaining or bitter. Her smile and sweet spirit always shown through. And what an interesting life she led! I wish I had known her...
