Although I only met Becca one time I was immediately I was immediately impressed with her joy and energy. She was busily fussing over the decorations for the 40th celebration of Thorsen Construction. Having served with her on Alexandria's Economic Opportunities Commission, Becca was always enthusiastic and thoughtful. She had a big heart. I am deeply saddened to learn of her passing.
