Today, Valentine's Day 2018, is the 20th anniversary of the date that I got officially serious with Becky. Put it in writing, actually, with a special poem entitled Keepsake. I was going out on a limb at the time, knowing that this was a commitment. Not that we weren't already committed, but this was real. It was binding.
The poem truly touched her. As did it me, and I never looked back on that commitment, knowing that Becky was the one. She returned her own Keepsake to me many times...
