Not sure what to say?

Becca! I was just thinking of you. I worked at Boeing in 1997 and met you on a smoke break. I was only 23. You made an incredible impression on me, and reflected such humor, love, and appreciation that you have stayed with me all these years. I came here just to see for myself, a tiny glimpse of how you touched so many people. It took me twenty years to join Toastmasters, like you suggested in the first place. So glad I did. Thanks for all the private jokes, friendship, kindness, and belly...

I can´t believe it´s been this long. Seems like yesterday that we were playing Trival Pursuit and Dracula games, watching movies, listening to Erasure, eating Charles´ awesome King Ranch Chicken. Miss both of you so much. Looking forward to seeing you both in heaven!

I think of Becka almost every day. I had lost touch with her prior to her passing and I’ll regret that until the day I die. She was one of the smartest people I’ve ever known and funny as hell! God how I miss her.

I knew Rebecca through bowling. She was a member of the Clear Lake Mixed Bowling League for several years and she always complimented me on the fine job I did as secretary/treasurer for the league. She made me feel very special and I will miss her smiling face.

I met Rebecca through Toastmasters when I was elected District Governor for 1999-2000. I visited many clubs looking for volunteers to work with me. It seemed that wherever I went there was this lady who was always smiling and telling me to have a good day. I began to wonder if she was stalking me. So I introduced myself and asked if she was interested in being my Public Relations Officer. She answered that she didn't think she could since she didn't know what was involved. I told her...

I learned of Rebecca's death while I was in Phoenix and the funeral
director who handled her arrangements found my cell number on the Internet and called to learn about The League City ("TLC") Toastmasters. He referred to "Ms. Wilson" and her Toastmaster friends; I had no idea who he meant until I was able to check the obituaries after returning home. I am so very saddened to learn that Rebecca has passed; we competed against each other in the Interpretative Reading competition a few...

Rebecca will live forever in the hearts and minds of those touched by her indomitable spirit. I'm one of them.

The memories we all have of Rebecca are ones of a very happy, upbeat person who's smile was infectious and who could do anything. She truely marched to the beat of her own drum, and was one of the very few, truly unique people I've ever met. I am blessed to have known her and will miss her. Thoughts of her will forever bring smiles to my life. Happy Thursday.

I will remember you as one of the most unique and dynamic women that I've ever known. Your excitement and enthusiasm for life is an inspiration for us all. Happy Thursday dear lady, and may you rest in peace.
