I was honored to meet Rebecca as a participant in Making Healing Count Court ( Mental Health Court). I am so saddened to hear of her untimely death. She was absolutely delightful and she found joy in the simple things. Even when she stumbled she did so with grace, accountability and a steadfast desire to regroup and move forward positively. It’s been an incredibly long time since I have seen you last, all the same my heart just broke for you all when I saw Hillary’s post. So many memories of childhood and Becky being there when I was knocking on the door to play with Hillary or Patrick.

Keeping each of you close to my heart and in my prayers.

I remember Becky from graduate school at GCSU's Macon Center in the early 90s. She was a really sweet person. I hated to see her die so soon. Rest in peace, Becky.

I was also a classmate at MDS. Becky was liked by everyone and seemed to like everyone. Just a sweet person, inside and out. She was also a great cheerleader to watch!
