Not sure what to say?

An unforgettably great guy.

Red lives, and not just in our memories, as vivid as they may be. He came into this world, stayed for awhile, made all of us better for having known him, and slipped away physically. But he still lives.

I feel compelled to add a note. It is Red I have to thank for many happy occasions, one involving his daughter Vicky who sang for the double wedding of my sister Vicky/Mike and me/Al in 1985. It was a glorious, family occasion made even more special by his presence and Vicky with her lovely singing voice.

He was the best, always optimistic. Great sense of humor. I miss him already.

Reds´ straight-faced humor fooled me every time. He was a charming and warm person who always took an interest in what you and your loved ones were doing. He never failed to pass on his greetings to mutual friends. I had the pleasure of knowing him for more than 40 years. He always kept in touch and never let our friendship falter, no matter where our lives took us. Red was a man who you couldn´t help but love.
