Salgado Family,
I met Manuel at power dock when I first came to work here at IID a while back. For those who didn't know him he had a straight face and got right to the point. But then when time passed by I got to know his funny sense of humor. I see why now reading he was a former Marine. His advice was most helpful in many ways to which I still follow. A friend indeed.
