Regan Jameson Carter passed away peacefully on Feb. 15, 2008, after six years of battling ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, at the age of 46. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25 at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral.
