My deepest condolences are extended to the Sampson family for the lost of your dear loved one and my classmate. Regero and his fellow classmates at Mark Smith and Lasseter High Schools were groundbreakers during the Freedom of Choice era from 1965-1970 in the Macon-Bibb County school system. May your family find God's grace, mercy, and peace during your time of bereavement for your loved one. Regero, rest in peace. Veronica Anthony Norris Class of '70

I've known Regero for almost the length of his stay on this earth. His funeral service today spoke volumes about the man & his legacy. He indeed slipped the surly bonds of earth and touched the face of God.

I have fond memories of Regero of our time spent together at Saint Peter Claver. He always made others laugh. I pray God give your family strength at this time and days to come.

I am so very sad to hear about Regero's passing. I've known him since our days at St. Peter Claver, and although we didn't talk often, I've always considered him to be a special friend. My sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. May precious memories help sustain you through this very difficult time. RIH Regero.
