Send FlowersDOCTOR, Regina Nicole, 29, of Richmond, departed this life suddenly on January 18, 2011. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Forrest A. White Sr. Surviving are her son, Ru'Quan V. Doctor; mother, Valeria G. Doctor; sister, Evelyn D. Doctor; grandmother, Martha T. White; aunt, Kathleen R. White; two uncles, Forrest A. Jr. and Ruthian B. White; two nieces, J'Cia E. Fitzgerald and Heaven E. Carey; and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where the family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 noon. Rev. Brenda M. Sledge officiating.
