Fondness is not a product of one event but of many. Like the connotation of words, years of experiences become the foundation of how a person is perceived.

Growing up, Regina to me was always part of "Virg and Ed." When I think of Virg and Ed, a warm and positive feeling (fondness) comes over me. This is because, for decades, the couple was always warm, friendly, and visitors were always welcome. The Wisniewski home was simply a pleasant place to visit.
