Suffragan Reginald Burl was a wonderful assest to the body of Christ! I remember growing up in P.A.of W. in the 70's when (Reggie) was our State Choir director. He was a wonderful and anointed choir director and a wondeful singer himself. He impacted my life with his willingness to serve God's people with a spirit of excellence!!!
