May the good Lord be with you all through your troubling times. I knew RT for several years, he was a good man and will be missed.

My condolences Mommy Mercy and family! He will be missed especially at Bicol Fiesta /events. May he rest in peace!!!

Deepest sympathy to the family of Reginald Moore. Reginald was my classmate at William C. Taylor High School, Warrenton, VA. I will treasure my memories of him in school.

My condolences to the family. Mr. Moore was a great man. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. If my grandma and I ever had any trouble with our lawnmower, we didn't have to worry because he always got it taken care of for us. We're forever grateful. May God bring comfort to the family in the time of their bereavement.
