Reginald "Reg" Thigpen

Reggie and I attended St Pius X and Page High School. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was such a gentle soul, until he got on the football field. As I said on the Page website, he now playing on the front line for the Big Guy. He was a friend to many and I know he will be missed. Prayers go up for him and his family. Bryan, you might remember me, I believe you were in school with my sister, Patricia. Rest In Peace.

So sad to lose such a kind, soft-spoken man as Reg. We have many happy memories of times spent with him in the Triad Austin-Healey Club and especially at British Car Days. Condolences to the family. He was a wonderful person.

My condolences to the Thigpen family. I last saw Reg in summer and I sat on his backyard swing and we chatted for a bit. Reg was a very kind man and a great father to his children. I know he will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
