Not sure what to say?

Bill - I didn't learn of Reidun's passing until just prior to her Memorial and couldn't make it to be there for you. I knew Reidun mostly through your words and know she was a treasure to you and all who knew her well. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Bill and Reidun have been friends since we found ourselves as neighbors with 2 little towheaded babies 40 years ago. Long neighborhood walks, costume parties, dinners, visits to one another's homes over the years, skiing together--the list of memories goes on and on. Woven among all of those memories are Reidun's laugh, her sparkling eyes, her care of friends, her creativity, her resourcefulness. Sending love to Bill, Annelisa, Erik and family. She will be so missed. I will imagine her...

The four of us shared so many wonderful memories from Havencrest, and our many dinners, and party´s together. Reidun will be hugely missed, and she was one of a kind, a joy to be around. We loved her sense of humor, and her unwavering friendship. We´ll see you again Reidun! Scott and Pamela Gibson Scott

Eternal Friendship Remembrance Bouquet - VASE INCLUDED

I remember clearly the difficulty of pronouncing Reidun's name as I read her and Bill's name for winning first prize for a Porsche club driving event, about 1974. I remember her cutting flower garden at their first home in NW Portland, she always like to have fresh cut flowers for their home. My thoughts are with you Bill and your two beautiful children.

So very sorry for the loss of Reidun. Our heartfelt condolences to the family. Thoughts and prayers to you!

Reidun was my life line at Ballard High School. She and I suffered together thru two years of Norwegian. She sat right in front of me for those two years and partnered with me when we had to recite. She would stand with her back to the teacher so she could mouth the right words to me when I needed them. That was the type of person she was-a life line. I will hold her dear in my memories. Bill, Annalisa & Eric, may your memories bring joy, laughter and warmth as you walk down this path...

Reidun and I met when we lived at the Hadley House, across from the MAC, so many years ago. I have fond memories from those days with Reidun and in our exercise classes at the MAC. I will always remember Reidun's smile and her excitement when Annelisa was born. I am so sad to read about Reidun and I want Reidun´s family to know that she will not be forgotten.

My deepest sympathy to you. Reidun was a friend and locker mate to my sister, Janice Dolan. Sadly, Janice has Alzheimers and isn't able to send a personal note to you. Janice enjoyed so much their many years of friendship. I knew her as well and our hearts are heavy. Warmly, Colleen Dolan McGough (Janices' sister)
