Not sure what to say?

I was on the Medley Relay Team mentioned in Reino´s obituary and when he won the 100 yard backstroke in the same meet, I won the 50 yard freestyle. I could not have achieved this success without a wonderfully generous junior named Reino who asked a new freshman swimmer, "Do you want to win?" When I answered yes, he asked me, "Are you willing to work hard?" I answered yes again and it was the beginning of Reino´s mentoring me for two years. I will never forget the greatest natural swimmer I...

While there is time,
Lord may I use it well.
For gone in a moment,
One can never tell
Which day is our last one,
With so much to do,
All must be in order
When summoned by you...

Thoughts and prayers from our FilterQueen family to yours. Reino was one in a million - he will be missed.

Reino and I were very good friends and swimming teammates in high school, We had a lot of good times together. We lost touch but I always kept the memories. God bless him and his family.

Dear Brad and Julie
So sorry to read of the loss of Brad's father.
May the Lord keep you in His embrace now and always.

Reino was one of the stars of the Prep swimming team 1960 to 1962. We were lifeguards at Presque Isle in summer. He was a great guy and will be missed.

A good friend lost. Many was the night we went to swimming practice. His dad always drove, we were never late. I will miss him but cherish his memory.
