Will always love and remember Rene as a great friend and person. Worked with him at Thomson Reuters and hung out with him in Chicago and visited with him in St. Louis. He will be missed and will also value the time my familiy and I were able to spend with him through the years

May the choirs of angels welcome him into paradise. His memory will not be forgotten as a musician who ministered to all. Rest In Peace.

Peace to you, Rene, what an inspiring colleague you have been. You left us a great legacy in photos and online posts, for which we are grateful. You helped us to become more than we would have been without you. Hope you are enjoying singing with the angels.

I will miss our lively conversations and his sarcastic wit. It’s rare to find a friend like Rene at my age.

I feel so glad to have known you through Faith Des Peres Presbyterian Church. I appreciate your work with the choir and your excellent music on the organ, making that old instrument sound as good as it possibly could! Your switch to audio/visual and making our church services happen during Covid times were especially valued.
Thank you for letting me be a part of your last months, days and hours. I will miss you until we meet again, my friend.
