Deep condolences to Duane and family and friends. From the program, Rena and Duane inspire me and I had been hopeful that together they would have many years in Minnesota. (I lived in Minnesota for 30 years and it seems a good place to land after life in Alaska.) My heart goes out to all of Rena's loved ones, and I thank her for her inspiration.

After watching her on Win the Wilderness, I feel like she was a friend. I am so sorry this happened so quickly after moving off the mountain. Condolences to Duane and the rest of her family.
