I am shocked and saddened by the sudden death of Rena. We were friends in high school and college. She was such a beautiful person both inside and out and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

My fond memories and love and respect for Rena are and have been in my heart for many years. She took me under her wing when I married into her family, and taught me so, so many traditions of being Greek. She and her mother taught me so well, her mother use to tell me that I was a better Greek then most Greeks.
