Renate Stage I will remember you always. It was a nice convenience to have my viola teacher living next door to me. The downside was that you were able to hear whether or not I was practicing. Thank you for your kindness even during times when I was not as focused as I should have been.

Renate Stage was my viola teacher. In spite of my shortcomings she was a constant inspiration and always encouraging. I would not have made it into the Seattle All City Symphony Orchestra without her. She will ever be in my thoughts.
