Not sure what to say?

I worked at Langelier's Bakery throughout my high school years and Rene was always so kind and a very good teacher! He will be sorely missed.

So sorry for your loss, Laurie. I just want to share my memory of Rene. I needed a "king cake", a Louisiana tradition, which I could not get here in New England. I brought him a small plastic baby and described the danish style circular pastry with green, purple and yellow frosting that is used in New Orleans to make a "king cake". I was so happy with the pastry that he baked for me. I am still thankful for the memory of Rene as a baker. Hope you are well.
