Not sure what to say?

To the Hebert Family,
I had the pleasure of being Renes caretaker for a year and I am so sorry I never came back to visit I was reading the paper today and in the Chicopee Plus insert I saw Renes name I feel so guilty now that I didn't get a chance to see him again. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family at this tragic time. with all my love Amber

Dear Shirley and Family,
We would like to express our deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather and brother Rene.
Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
Wish we could have expressed our sympathies in person but our illness makes this not possible at this time.
We have been left with many fond memories to treasure. May he rest in peace.

Dear Shirley,
I found out about Rene's death at 6:37 from Sue Jodoin. I know the exact time because I was hoping to attend the Wake tonight but there just wasn't time. Tomorrow morning I will try to make the Funeral but have a 9:15 appointment concerning my Mom. Please know that Rene was a role model for all that knew him as you too are. We learn from example and you and he are two of the best. As you know I saw Rene as a man of great faith, called to greatness and a modern day...

These are a few of my favorite things I remember about Curly. His Big smile:), the way he liked his pork chops, late night movies at the camp, AJAC Bocce ball, and paper bag....
With love always

Shirley and Family, we are so sorry to hear of Rene's passing. You have no idea how you two touched our lives through the years. Rene's mentoring of Lyle and the fond and peaceful feelings we had as we left your home after an enjoyable evening spent with the two of you. May you find comfort in your strong faith.

To the founding member of the belly button club, don't forget to ask to see if they have their belly buttons.

He touch all our lives growing up, flooding the field with the other dads in the cold of the winter nights so we could skate, shairing that pop corn that everyone could smell in the nieghborhood. He took the time to talk to us, not many adults can do it at our level, and we thank him. He may not have been our dad, but treated all of us as we were his kids. Rest in peace...
