Rene Poirier was one of the finest men I have ever known, and was well loved by the Nicholson family. I was lucky enough to be his sister in law for 20 years and feel a terrible sadness that I will never see him again.

I worked with Renee many years ago at Graham's Meat.
My memories of Rene are fond ones. He had such a pleasant, caring and helpful nature. As my supervisor he was very patient and tolerant. Always had a wonderful smile to share with those he worked with and those he was serving. It was my first real job and Rene made it a wonderful and pleasure experience for me.
