Not sure what to say?

A couple of years ago my wife and I dropped into the stables at Bangor. As fate had it we met Rene and his horse Beach Assault. As owners of harness horses in NJ we wanted to know everything about racing in Maine. Rene couldn't have been nicer to us spending over an hour with us strangers, To his family my wife and I send the warmest condolences. We may have known Rene for a short time but we always followed him on US Trotting and watched his horses race on the computer.

I grew up with Rene. I'm very sad to hear of this-- Dan Butts

Dear Brenda,

John and I are so sorry for your loss. We have had some great times with Rene, he was a truly good person, friendly, giving and loved life.

We had lost contact over the last few years, but was able to meet again two years ago, and had in mind to get together. Rene told us he had found the love of his life and it showed, he was truly happy.

God Bless You and bring you peace at this time, the love you shared will always be with you.
