Mr. Vit was my assistant swim coach from 1968-1970.His life history is very inspiring.I had no idea of his childhood complicated by WWII.He was a humble adult role model for me as a high school student and his Christian role model means a lot to me as an adult. Gary Stromberg, Chico, CA
