Mme White was one of my favorite teachers at Greenhill and one of the reasons I went on to major in French in college. My condolences to the family. She was a special lady who will be missed.

I knew Mme White not only as a teacher at Greenhill, but also as Alan's mom. She was always so kind and was a great French teacher. I know she will be missed by her family, students and colleagues, but her legacy lives on in the love of French that she instilled in so many of us.

Renee,
I will always cherish the small amount of time that I spent with you over the last few months. You were a wonderful mentor for me growing up, and you will remain so forever. You have and will always be in my thoughts.

My condolences to all the family. Renee was a wonderful friend and teacher. I had the privilege of attending three of her AP workshops. I still use the materials she gave me, and I will particularly treasure her book that she signed for me. You are all in my prayers.
Love,

Renée, you are the one who so profoundly changed my life. When you asked me to be your substitute years ago at Greenhill, little did I know that it would lead to a totally new career for me and totally change my life. But you inspired me to get my Master in French. You inspired me to be like you. To love our profession, and love our students. I will be eternally grateful. Rest in peace my friend.
