Not sure what to say?

"Mr Ventre," was a revered high school teacher of mine, and of my classmates. He was a mountain of a man, a cherished mentor, an inspirational teacher & role model, confidant, and father-figure. Though I had no political appointment or nomination, Mr Ventre convinced me that I could become the first HPCS graduate to enter a military service academy. I'll never forget how he waved goodbye to me at the Utica train station as I left for the U.S. Naval Academy in June of 1954. During my...

Dear Aunt Ann, Muriel, Carl, Carl Andrew, Michael
Again I want to tell you that you all are in our prayers and we pray the Lord surrounds you with his love and compassion at this time as we know that He will. Uncle Reno was a very special man and a blessing to many. Love Marie & Ray

Dear Aunt Auntoinette, Muriel and family,
Praying that God will give you comfort and peace that only He can give during this time. I always enjoyed the times that our families had together talking around the kitchen table at Grandma Sue's home.
Love and Prayers,

To Muriel and Family: I was saddened to hear of Mr. Ventre's passing and offer you my sympathy. Mr. Ventre was a man I admired and respected as a student at HPCS. He was a true professional in the way he did his work at HPCS, but more than that, you knew he cared about you and helped you find the right path to your future. If we are good people and citizens of our communities, we owe a large part of that to Mr. Ventre's guidance. We have lost a good and great man with his passing, but we're...

Mr Ventre was the most inspirational man in my life next to my Dad..I loved every minute spent with him and also enjoyed the fellowship of Mrs Ventre and Muriel. My deapest sympathy is extended to his family. Irene Perry Rundberg

Dear Muriel and family,
When I opened the paper today and saw Holland Patent...with Ventre...I knew it was you! A name from Oswego days...Nancy (McKenna) Duncan. I would like to send along my condolences to all of you. It's always hard to lose a parent...and I've lost mine in the past few years too. So know that an old friend is thinking of you at this time. Nance

Dear Uncle Reno: My heart is saddened because this world will no longer be blessed and inspired by your presence. However, I rejoice because you are now at rest with our Lord.....your long journey has ended. You inspired me, challenged me, and I always felt so special in your presence. I will miss you Uncle Reno.
