Retired MSG Leroy Williams

Sad to receive this news from our army Facebook group. Sergeant Williams was our platoon sergeant at Fort Bliss and ROB Barricks K-town Germany from 1986-1988. He was always a laid back soft-spoken good guy who had our backs and kept us out of trouble which wasn’t an easy task. I just wanted to let the family know what a great man he was and how much he meant to the many men and women he lead and served with. My belated condolences to the Williams family. God bless you all.

It was a pleasure working with and knowing Leroy. Besides being a co-worker he was a friend. Will never forget all the fun around the lunch table everyday with Leroy and all the supply gang (:
