Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Dan's passing... My thoughts and prayers are with those who loved him; Which I'm sure are many. My husband and I were married in NY, and when no one would make room at their Inn for our honeymoon... Dan & Edith did. They are very special to us, and we are very grateful we got to know them. They are both such a blessing! Edith; May God comfort you and keep you till you are reunited with Dan in your heavenly home. Thank you for blessing our lives by being the special people...

I have known Dan and Edith for over 20 years and recognized, from early on, that they were different. Their kindness and caring was obvious and sincere. My encounters with them always benefitted me far more than I can express in simple words. My life has been enriched by the privilege.
After reading the obituary, I have come to fully realize and understand why I felt as I did. Truly remarkable people !!! I will miss Rev. Dan terribly while appreciating Edith even more.

Wonderful memories of Dan. We have appreciated his contributions to the B&B Association throughout the years.

Sorry for your loss may you you draw much comfort from God's word at Hosea 13:14. L Ohio

I have wonderful memories of Dan from the summer I worked at Camp Vick in 1970. And I heard stories of his circuit riding adventure from my mother. He was well loved and will be missed. Rev. Douglas Deer

What a wonderful man. He took the time to drive with my family to preside at my mother's burial.
He was a true Christian with a very warm heart he will be missed.

Dan always was the consummate gentleman and above all, a Child of God and a faith filled servant of Jesus Christ. We had many good conversations, and I recall with gratitude his wise counsel, gentle humor, and unfailing kindness. I grieve and rejoice with all who knew, respected, and loved Dan. Well done, Thou good and faithful servant - well done!

I was so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. He was such a special colleague, friend, and mentor to me in my early days of ministry. He was a unique individual who blessed my life and ministry with his wisdom, courage, and friendship. I hope to be with you to remember and celebrate his life on the 26th. Blessings and peace to all!

I am so sorry to read about this loss of a precious life. May you gain comfort and strength by pouring out your emotions to God in prayer. Know that He cares for you and wants to help.
