Not sure what to say?

Father Bob Poveromo was a wonderful presence in Cathedral High School and in my life. I consider myself ever so blessed to have taught under his leadership when he was chair of the religion department. I still miss him very much! In gratitude for his life, Anne Andersson

Fr Bob was an amazing presence ar OLSS. His homilies mesmersted parishioners and brought the teachings of Jesus so close to our hearts. He will never be forgotten and I pray his family finds peace with his loss reading the amazing things people are still saying about him. I pray his soul is resting in the hands of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Fr Bob please wstch over us all. Joanne OLSS

Over a decade later and you are still truly missed father. You would be so proud to know where I am currently in my life as a Catholic woman. Confession (for me) has not been the same, since I made use of the practice with you. I have found my church however and I plan to carry and exemplify everything you taught your students. If I had one wish, it would be to confess myself on to you, and hear your words of wisdom and comfort one last time. I know you are in heaven smiling down on us,...

11 years have passed and still Fr. Bob is truly missed. His masses and insight were the highlight of my week. Church hasn´t been the same since he´s been gone.

Fr Bob: You are never forgotten. Always loved. Watch over us as we travel the road that you paved for us with your teaching of faith and courage through your homilies. You will never be forgotten Joanne (OLSS)

I used to jump out of bed to make it to his mass every week at OLSS. His homilies were like no other, ever. Not before, not since he has been gone! I will alwaya remember him fondly.

Fr. Bob, My husband & I looked forward to your homilies at OLSS each week. They were inspirational & you were such a role model for us. It was an honor to know you.

Clara & Anthony Vecchione

Bob you were the light to so many
