In loving memory of a wonderful person. Father Corny...our Priest, our Advisor, our Friend. There are so many beautiful memories from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and everywhere we were blessed to see you. You meant the world to us. We will love you and miss you always.

Fr. Corny was out parish priest when we lived in Brownsville, TX. I was in the 4th grade. He was a welcome part of our family: confirmed me, married one of my sisters and my youngest brother was named after him. He was a frequent visitor. My mother, Vera Salter, kept in contact with him until her death in 2014. My father, David Salter, died last summer. I tried to contact Fr. Corny to let him know but could never get in touch with him.

Pat - my sincere condolences.

He got we 4 together and gave each a miraculous medal and told us of the promises for those who faithfully wore and prayed. So began my...

Father Scanlan was the best we blessed to have had him in our church Saint Mary Magdelene Brackettville. RIP Father
