Not sure what to say?

It is hard to believe Gramps that almost a full year has passed since we said goodbye. Although you are not physically here it is never goodbye. We think about you almost daily and we want you to know you are so loved!!! Lisa

Almost a year has passed, Dad, and we still expect to be able to share stories with you or see your bright smile or hear you singing or think that we'll be able to turn to you for those words of help and advice that were always so comforting. You will always stay in our hearts...until we meet again. With love and a prayer.
Your Catie

Fred was a great friend of mine for almost 60 years. He officiated at my marriage. He and I shared Gilbert & Sullivan memories. I shall miss him.

Cate,
Please accept my deepest sympathy. Fred was one of my best friends and I regret I was unable to be at his funeral.
Please give my regards to Irene and hope she is improving.
With my best regards to the whole family,

Irene,
With many special memories of Fred - you will miss him. He was very special & so was "March 26." So sorry not to make it for Fred's service. He will be well-remembered!
Know you are in my thoughts & prayers & will call later.

Dear Rev. Roberts family,
So, so sorry to learn of your husband & father's passing. He was truely a great person. Thank you for sending me his obituary.
I'm sorry I won't be able to attend the service but my thoughts & prayers are with you all.
God bless.

Dear Irene & Family,
Blessings to you in your time of sorrow! "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted."
With love,

To Rev. Fred Roberts family,
Rev. Fred Roberts was a great man, minister and a wonderful friend to me and my family. We attended his church in the 60's & 70's before moving up north. It was called Galt when we lived there, then Rev. Roberts was sent to the larger church in Kitchener where we followed him to enjoy his sermons.
We also really enjoyed the Christmas concerts, Candlelight services and the fun church picnics.
Through all the Christmas letters I received each and...

Dear Irene & family,
Thank you for letting me know about Fred. I thought your write-up was a lovely tribute to him.
I remember Fred as up-beat & fun - a fine person.
My mother (Aunt Millie) always looked forward to and enjoyed her visits with Fred & Irene & family.
Deepest Sympathy.
