He saved my father from alcohol and helped my family move from Winfield Alabama to Illinois I will always be greatful we met. My parents Norman and Ethel Garrison are in heaven waiting to see in again. Rest in peace.

TRUE MAN OF GOD!! Full of love, laughter, knowledge, and wisdom. He was always there when one called no matter the time or need. He was my Pastor, friend, and family. God broke the mold when he created him. I am thankful for all the cherished memories. No one can compare to him ever. U are missed.

We were sorry to hear that Bro Gardner had passed away...we will be praying and thinking of all of you in the forth coming days. Love to all of you.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

He was a great man.

To know him was to love him. He spoke many words of wisdom into my life. I am heartbroken, and want the family to know I am praying for their comfort, that can only come from God at a time like this. Uncle James, save me a seat at the table, I’m on my way. Hug all our loved ones, and we will see you soon.

Our deepest sympathy to all the family. Bro. Gardner was a true man of God. Do to Covid we regrettably will not be able to attend his services but will always remember him and his precious giving heart!
