Reve Stewart Perreault

1924 - 2016

Reve Stewart Perreault, 92, of Charlotte, passed away on August 5, 2016 at the Regency Assisted Living Center. Born on July 16, 1924 in Collins, MS.i, Reve was the last surviving child born to the late Walter and Cuma Stewart. A Charlotte resident since 1962, Mrs. Perreault had been an active member of St. John's Baptist. She was the former Dean of Women at Western Carolina University and prior to her retirement in 1992, Reve had been employed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System as a Senior Guidance Advisor at South Mecklenburg High School.

Mrs. Perreault was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Quentin Perreault. Surviving family members include her children Douglas (Alice) Perreault and Cherie Perreault, and grandsons Matthew and Joseph Perreault.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11th from 12:30-1:30 PM at Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation Center, 5505 Monroe Rd, Charlotte. A graveside service will follow at 1:45 PM at Sharon Memorial Park . Online condolences may be sent to www.carolinafuneral.com
