Not sure what to say?

I met Rex during my grade 12 work ed. in November 2015 and he had a huge impact on me. Every day we talked for hours, and sang together. Rex was an amazing man and became a close friend. I will never ever forget Rex, and all the wise words he said to me. He was always encouraging me to do great things with my life and was so excited to see my success at graduation etc. I will miss him greatly.

I'm so sorry to hear about Rex's passing. I worked at the Safeway pharmacy for awhile and he was my favorite patient ever. He truly was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He brightened my day every time he came by.

Such a fine man, proud to have known him!

Rex simply put was Awesome. He was one of my favourite people. A great sense of humour and such a caring person. Glad I got to meet you Rex!

So sorry to hear the news of your dad, grandpa and grat grandpa - Rex Sr. - passing away. Oct 7th at 89 - it's always a shock no matter how prepared you are for that eventuality after a battle with cancer for years. So fortunate you got to spend time with him before he passed away.

Your dad was always so upbeat and positive and always thinking of others no matter what. I am sure he was that way until the end. Any time you'd ask "how are you doing?" his answer was always be the same....

Peace, prayers, blessings! We all loved Rex at Vets Village. He was a wonderful and kind man. We will miss him.

Deepest sympathy is extended to Rex's family. Rex was a great neighbor and friend and then I was fortunate to be his Home Care nurse . His smile and twinkling eyes are greatly missed.

God's blessings to all of the family. We have many fond memories of Rex from church at St. Paul's, North Battleford and of course of Marilyn who was best friends with our daughter Candy through high school. Rex leaves a great legacy behind after a life well lived. Rosemarie and Ivan Katzell

Rex was a very special man, who touched others around him in ways that made each person feel better just having been in his presence. Rex will be fondly remembered and missed. Shelley C.
